Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Your legal entity name] for using Studio Forty. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

Your photos

• Upload only photos of yourself that you have the right to use. Never upload photos of other people, minors, or public figures.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may reject photos, or suspend accounts, that break these rules.

Your headshots

• Headshots are AI-generated images based on your selfies. You may use them for personal and professional purposes, such as profiles, websites and marketing about yourself.
• AI images can contain inaccuracies. Check them before use. Don't use them where a genuine, unedited photograph is required, such as passports, government ID or official applications.
• Don't use them to impersonate anyone or to mislead people about who you are.

Orders, prices and credits

• Each order is a one-time payment for 40 headshots in one style pack, with up to 3 redos. There's no subscription.
• Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay; buyers in some countries, including India, may be shown their local currency at checkout. Dodo Payments is our merchant of record: it sells the order to you, processes the payment and handles applicable taxes under its terms.
• If generation fails, your payment is kept as a credit for one order of the same tier, applied automatically at your next checkout. Credits can't be transferred and have no cash value except as set out in the Refund Policy.
• Delivery usually takes a few minutes, but timing isn't guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, get around rate limits or payment, or use it for anything unlawful, sexual, harassing or deceptive.

Our responsibility

We provide the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the [e.g. courts of Bengaluru, India], without limiting consumer protections in your country of residence.
